Fusion Beads 30 Day Bead Challenge: Day 3...

For the third day of the Fusion Beads 30 Day Bead Challenge, the prompt was to create a matching bracelet and pair of earrings.

For the bracelet and earrings, I used a combination of nickel-plated Japanese seed beads, faceted iolite rondelles, and Hill Tribe silver.  I don't think the picture do the iolite justice.  In person, the blue-gray stones have a subtle lavender glow and a little bit of sparkle.  The focal and decorative closure is a fine pewter swimming goldfish button from my family at Green Girl Studios.  I used the button with a beaded loop.  The lever-back earrings are relatively simple and repeat the alternating pattern from the bracelet.
